This page explains the privacy controls available to your organisation and to you as an individual user of the CaladriusHealth.AI platform.
AI Processing Settings

Organisation Administrators can manage AI processing settings from the organisation settings panel. To change settings, contact Connect@caladriushealth.ai.
Your DPDPA Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights over personal data CaladriusHealth holds about you:
Access your data
You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you, including what is being processed and why.
Correct your data
You may update your name, email, and other account information directly in your profile settings, or by writing to us.
Erase your data
You may request deletion of your personal data. We will erase it within 90 days unless we are required by law to retain it (for example, financial records required for tax purposes). Where deletion is scheduled, we will notify you 48 hours in advance.
Withdraw consent
Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect any processing we carried out before withdrawal. Certain features may become unavailable after withdrawal.
Nominate a representative
You may nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
Data Export and Portability
Organisation Administrators may request a full export of Customer Data in a machine-readable format. Submit a request to Connect@caladriushealth.ai with the subject line “Data Export Request”.
Raise a Grievance
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the DPDPA.
