What we collect

We do not collect clinical health records, diagnoses, or patient treatment data. Our platform is B2B — we do not interact directly with patients.
How we use it
We use personal data only to provide the Service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and communicate with Customer contacts. We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising.
AI and your data
- Primary AI processing runs on our on-premises models — Customer Data does not leave our infrastructure.
- Where cloud AI features (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) are used, they are configured per organisation and process only the minimum data required for the specific task.
- Cloud AI sub-processors are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on Customer Data.
- We do not use Customer Data to train AI models without explicit written consent.
Data stays in India
All Customer Data is processed and stored on-premises within India. We do not transfer Customer Data outside India.
Your rights
