Terms of Service: Consumer

These terms apply to individual users (“you”) who access the CaladriusHealth.AI platform through a subscription held by your employer or organisation (“Organisation”). Your Organisation has a separate agreement with CaladriusHealth. These terms describe your individual rights and responsibilities as a platform user.
CaladriusHealth.AI is a B2B healthcare technology platform. It is not a consumer product and is not available for personal use outside of an employment or contractual relationship with a subscribing healthcare organisation.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and must be an employee, contractor, or agent of a subscribing Organisation. By accessing the Service, you confirm that your Organisation has authorised your access.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share them.
- Report any suspected unauthorised access to your Organisation administrator and to Connect@caladriushealth.ai immediately.
- Your Organisation can manage, modify, or deactivate your account at any time.
3. Your Data
- Personal data associated with your account (your name, email, activity) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Work product you create through the platform (claims, billing entries, workflow actions) belongs to your Organisation. CaladriusHealth processes it as a Data Processor on your Organisation’s behalf.
- We do not use your personal data to train AI models.
4. AI Features
- AI outputs (coding suggestions, claim analyses) are tools to assist your professional judgement — not definitive determinations.
- You remain responsible for the accuracy of all claims and billing data you process, regardless of AI assistance.
- Do not input personal data — yours or anyone else’s — into AI features beyond what is necessary for the specific billing or claims task.
5. What you must not do
- Share your login credentials or let others use your account
- Access data in the platform beyond what your assigned role permits
- Use AI features for purposes outside billing and claims processing
- Attempt to copy, extract, or exfiltrate Customer Data in bulk outside authorised export functions
- Try to probe, test, or circumvent security controls
- Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to your role with the subscribing Organisation
6. Your DPDPA Rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase personal data CaladriusHealth holds about you, and to raise a grievance. Contact Connect@caladriushealth.ai.

7. Suspension and Termination
Your access may be suspended or terminated by your Organisation, or by CaladriusHealth at your Organisation’s request or where your use violates this Agreement. CaladriusHealth’s obligations are to your Organisation; any obligations to you individually are those set out in these terms and our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
